hi, i just did a roast yesterday, a nice two cup batch of my mountain estate "fancy"...
i was wondering, how much gass should be produced by freshly roasted beans usually?
i just had a look at the bag i sealed them in, and overnight they have barely puffed the bag out at all, and i squeezed the air out almost compleatly before sealing it...
i have read that most of you try your beans each day, unless your meant to leave them for a week or two i dont see that the wonderfull one way valve is ever going to get used, as it takes a bit of preasure build up to get any gas or air passing through it.... :-?
