    Hi all,

Is dry steam or wet steam better for stretching milk on the Sunbeam EM6910.

Always go for Dry Steam mate, regardless of the brand of machine you have....

Wet just adds water to your milk, and the resulting coffee tastes watered down. Always bleed the wand before steaming your milk.

Re: Wet steam or Dry steam EM6910??

            Hi, first post here!
Im a little confused as to how to set the wetness of the em6910. Ive read some threads that say set wetness to -0.2 but according to the user manual that is the wetter setting. Shouldnt i be setting it to +0.2 which according to the manual is the dryest setting? So have Sunbeam got it the wrong way around or are people assuming that negative 0.2 is the dryest??
            Can anyone confirm?
            Thanks!

I must admit, this confused me too, still, good thing about the 6910 is its easy to change and try something different, if you dont like it, change back

Read the manual.... It talks about dry and wetter settings.. And explains what to set for.

Slower pump rate = dryer steam
