I replaced the entire valve and steam pipe assembly on mine, for that found on current BZ-35 machines.
    Mal,

Can I ask which parts I need to order specifically? Is it all 6 parts listed on the bottom right of the link you sent?

    Thanks lots.

Thanks everyone for your feedback - so helpful!!!

I will contact Barazi/Coffee Parts and ask them about it. As per Mals suggestion, Id probably been keen to replace the whole wand.

Its a Bezzera Munibar tip and it should be interchangeable with the BZ35
Probably only a very, very old BZ-35....

The original Minibar Steam Pipe is only a 6mm job whereas most current commercial machines (large and small) use a 10mm Pipe and larger thread. You could probably gently bend the original pipe a little so that it is about 30 degrees from the vertical towards the left and towards the front. This should make it easier to use with a milk pitcher.

I replaced the entire valve and steam pipe assembly on mine, for that found on current BZ-35 machines. Got everything I needed from Pedro at Coffee Parts to do the job, here... http://www.coffeeparts.com/bezerra/bezerra1.html . You need to modify the tubing that feeds into the new Steam Valve so if youre not comfortable working with copper tube and silver brazing, etc this may not be a viable option for you.

    All the best
    Mal.

Just like my San Marino... It had a  SEVEN hole tip..  Going from a EM6910 to it, was a real eye opener for about the first dozen times...  Let alone the mess and crap milk I would get..
Seven holes! Holy s*#t .... Dont know what else to say.

I am "not"quite sure it is removable but by the look of it in the photo it should come off

Is it a right or left hand thread (have you tried turning both ways)

Give Barazi Bezzera a ring to know for sure

Weird, never seen a steam wand like that. If it is indeed not changeable then a whole new steam wand would be need to change tips. Perhaps you should throw Barazi an email (the importers the Bezzera line) and check.

Oh and AM each different tip does need slight different techniques but there definitely better and worse steam tips. However it isnt just I love steam tip X it has to be a match to the individual machine (for example there would be no use attaching a four hole 1.2mm tip to a silvia - you would blow all the boiler pressure in the first 3 seconds)

Oh I agree.. I just failed to express my self fully... Old age, dyslexia and 3 fingers typing ( one hand clapping ? ) means that what happens between the ears, does not always get translated to txt.

Just like my San Marino... It had a SEVEN hole tip.. Going from a EM6910 to it, was a real eye opener for about the first dozen times... Let alone the mess and crap milk I would get..

But once you knew the way it worked.. One to the other was not bad... Like any good Barista.. If you working all around the place / across the world. You can not change the tip to suit your self on each machine, but need to skills to be able to adjust and change your method to suit..

Little like driving a manual car... Every clutch and gear box has its own little wants and needs.

Opps... Sorry.. Do people today know what a manual is... Or that in some you have to double clutch ?

My steam wand looks like this  :-? and makes a lot of noise when frothing. I dont think its my technique cause I can make awesome milk at work and Ive tried holding the jug different ways. The head doesnt seem to come off and there are no threads.

Is there a way I can change it to one with a few holes rather than one big one?

    Any suggestions most appreciated!

I will be NASTY... You have to use sometimes very different methods as every machine is different and every steam wand has its own personality.

Can I assume that you have only just got the machine as well ?

Other users who know that model, will be sure to comment, but please provide the model info for those who are less aware..

    Options;

    1: learn to master it
2: See a sponsor Coffee Parts <----- Over to the L/H side and see what replacement wands / tips are available..

    Oh... And welcome to CS
