Re: saeco magic steam wand
Strange. Back pressure from the steam should blow out any condensation in a couple of seconds.
After only one month surely there should be no deterioration in performance. How to the suppliers explain that if it was working well earlier?

Re: saeco magic steam wand
smee again.
apparently when first turning the steam on and waiting for the water to stop (getting the steam ready to froth), I wasnt waiting long enough! They recommended I do that for 30 sec to make sure theres no more condensation (which is longer than the manual says).
Anyway, tried it out and let it go for closer to 40 sec to be sure there wasnt the slightest hint of condensation, and what do you know, back to normal frothy milk! So even though I never had to wait that long when it was new, I do now even though its only a month old!

Re: saeco magic steam wand
Hey Carolyn,
Weve got a Incanto with the same problem! I sent it back to be repaired after checking everything I could to make sure I wasnt the problem! Will let you know what the problem was after I get it back!

saeco magic steam wand
Hi there
We are new to this machine and the book does not seem to say all. Does anyone have one or know about the steam wands. This one worked well and now does not seem to steam. We have descaled and checked everything.
Thanks for your help.
