Hello everyone,
Im new to this site but have been following it for a while. Its so wonderful to get other peoples tips and ideas! And everyone is so passionate which I love!
So...to my question - I have recently purchased a Baby Gaggia espresso machine and its about 10 years old. I absolutely love it - it makes wonderful shots (it took a solid month to work it out though!) and used to froth the milk perfectly. Unfortunately, it now seems to bubble (?) the milk as opposed to steaming it. At first I thought that it may be the pressure but now Im not so sure because it heats the milk in a couple of seconds...
Has anyone got any ideas on what I should do?
Warm regards,
Sue
