Just switched to a different brand of milk after the last shop to see how change in brand affects the end product.
I was having terrible trouble frothing the Physical Low Fat Milk weve always had, but as soon as i tried 1/3 jug of smarter white milk, i had luscious foam in minutes?
Has Anyone else found anything similar? Is there something different you have to do with some skim milks?
