Hi folks, in recent days I was asked to froth a small amount of milk. The steamer on my Giotto produces so much steam that it takes but the blink of an eye to heat. Any suggestion of how to achieve well frothed small quantities? i am talking about 70ml. My smallest beaker is 300ml. Milk is cold.
