Sometimes it is wise to not correct/educate friends and better to just shut up. Such as when they ask for low fat latte. Because how do you explain that it is silly to ask for 98% fat free milk if 96.7% fat free is all I have? And that with the coffee shot added the difference is between 2.4g and 4g of fat, or 98.7 and 97.8% fat free of the finished product. But that aside, what to do when they ask for a weak one. And then cant explain what this really means.
The obvious problems relate to part filled group handles, spooning/tipping out some of the shot or even reducing the extraction time.
The best answer I had to date was to just make a standard everything and say: was this ok?
Any suggestions?
