It is $4.20 from the supermarket. If you cannot do a deal with the supplier then you might consider taking lessons in running a business. I have always been able to negotiate a good price for any products purchased for business purposes. You just have to know how to approach them.
In regards to Bonsoy, my wife and may others who cannot drink milk actually seek out establishments that serve it. They are happy to pay a premium, as long as it is relevant.
It is twice the price of good quality milk.
Good milk (not Pura etc) is $2 per litre (approx). 0.2cents per millilitre, so 200ml in a latte will cost you 40 cents. Bonsoy will cost you 84 cents (if brought from a supermarket).
Now lets say the coffee costs you $35kg (assuming good quailty product - without volume discounts). This is 3.5cents per gram.
Single shot = 28cents (allowing 8 grams)
Double shot = 56 cents (allowing 16 grams).
Cost of a latte is 68 cents. If you sell it for say $3.50 your markup is roughly 500% (80% GP).
To maintain this margin for Bonsoy latte you need to charge an extra $1. If this is too much for your customers , aim to buy it like Dennis and charge an extra 50 or 70cents. This will still maintain margin but provide that little bit extra for yor customers.
Remember most people buying a cup of coffee also do it for the taste, so a quality offering will always win.
Dont knock the Bonsoy crowd, you will be surprised how good a customer they can be. Especially when they bring along their friends!
it is about $4 a carton from spiral. its not much cheaper at all buying from them than the supermarket. We got it from them a couple of time for home but didnt find it that advantageous. Oh no we didnt we got it for the shop

Want to get Bonsoy in a work...but dont want to get ripped off by suppliers.
What is the average price for the product? We use around 15L of Vitasoy a week.
What do cafe owners do when people order a soy milkshake with bonsoy? charge an extra $2
Spiral Foods are the importers of Bonsoy and based in VIC and Sydney. They can be contacted on 1300 303 794 or 03 8616 7800 or 02 8231 4400 and should be able to provide you with the information you require.
I actually charge an extra 70c for soy on top of whatever drink it is they may be having. But then again, we use Vitasoy Cafe and not Bonsoy. So I have not answered your question!
