Hi Everyone, My first post, yay!!
I run a coffee bar in Canberra and I have a customer come in every morning and makes a complaint that her soy milk is just not hot enough. Considering I sell takeaway only, I cant preheat any ceramic cups etc. to make that little difference. I have been heating my soy milk to 65 degrees at most, but recently she has asked me to try to hit 95 degrees. Should I go along / what are the health risks of getting the milk that hot, or should I recommend another cafe? She has said that the barista in the shop before me used to do it all the time and she has never gotten sick...
Sorry for the silly question, just need a bit of advice
