I work on the left hand side, swirl jug clockwise and froth swirl anti clockwise.
Im right handed, but i pour with my left hand. (for the whole work flow)
I dont think the direction matters, its how well you swirl your jug so that the froth mixes back with the milk.
If you leave your milk too long, froth and milk separates and when you try and pour it out, froth gets left behind (less dense, floats) and will all gush out at the end leaving you a white blob of froth.
Thats why you swirl jug in the first place.
To solve this, maybe everyone should pour right after they froth, so dont need to swirl!
