Umm guys,
I purge then steam the milk and i wipe the wand and purge it again as usual
but thats for steaming now its for scalding with all those worrying curds so i thought maybe some precautions here should be done.....
Spaniards live their milk hot like hotter than 160f
(Edit: *live* -> love)

but like many coffee versions , it varies depending on the local culture.
Odd for a "coffeepro" to be asking how to clean a steam wand ?

Wipe the wand down with a damp cloth immediately after every use and open the steam valve for a couple of seconds to expel any milk remnants.
