  • Norco Capo Barista Milk - anyone else tried it?

I sent an email today to Norco:

"I just wanted to congratulate Norco on Capo Barista milk. I only noticed it for the first time in the local Coles supermarket yesterday (I have no idea how long it has been available) and tried it out with my usual cappuccinos straight away. I can report that it is the best milk for steaming that I’ve found in the 10 years since I bought my first espresso coffee machine. Thanks for a great product!"

Anyone else having similar terrific results?

Yeah, nah. Tried it, wasn't a fan of the taste or texturing. I'm back with A2 milk, the gold standard.

Norco capo Barista milk is perfect. Like Cappy, I saw it in Coles supermarket and tried it with very pleasing results. I tried it on flat white drinkers who are regulars at my place and, without asking, the feedback was spontaneous: they noticed the difference. So now that I've found the perfect milk, I can't always access it. Coles at Robina (Gold Coast) had no supplies when I visited there late last week so I had to settle for another brand. However, I hope it catches on and more stocks will be available in the future. Good one, Norco!

When you say that its the best milk for steaming, what aspect of it are you referring to? I'm still a beginner, so it would be nice to get some tips!
