Hi All,
Tried searching but couldn't find anything on the topic, if I've missed a thread if someone can kindly point me in the right direction
Getting [what I believe to be] great microfoam with whole milk/gs3 for steaming, even managing to get some decent art half the time. However after a minute or so the microfoam goes very bubbly especially around the crema, I can't get my head around whats causing it.
Using cold milk, tried testing the temperature, different brands of milk, couple of different beans + some "older" beans to reduce the amount of crema but no luck so far. Any tips on what I might be doing wrong?
Coffee tastes great, but it's disheartening (excuse the pun) to see the art turn into a bubbly mess!
