Hi all
I have a Bezzera BZ-99 and really disliked the stock 4-hole steam tip (the holes are angled out quite sharply which makes it very hard to control the direction the milk moves in the jug) so I bought a 2-hole tip from Jetblack Espresso. I don't like this particular 2-hole either (holes too big and I don't like the alignment), but I'm not finding many other 10mm female thread options.
I know that technique is everything with microfoaming, but I've used 4 other tips (single hole, 3 hole on a Slayer, that really expensive blade tip one and a Marzocco GS3 tip) over the years and had no problems creating silky microfoam with any of them. Whereas the two I've tried on my Bezzera I just can't hit perfection no matter how many times I try.
Anyone know of other options? I'd probably prefer a single hole but a well-aligned 3 hole would be fine too...
