Interesting for me as well: in fact it was over a year ago I came to this conclusion and avoided the WW product. might be time to get some and see if I still have the same issues.
Just accidentally bought some a2 Lite: I do know for sure that for me the Lite stuff of any brand doesn't do it.

Milk that doesn’t froth
That could be it. I usually buy use by +14 days.Originally posted by cafelazio View PostI find that brand is irrelevant; more important is that it has the maximum use by date. I will not buy with less than 10 days, on fresh full cream milk, and it stretches and foams excellently - regardless of brand.

For the first time I am trying the new Cold Pressed Raw Milk Made By Cow.
It is full cream raw milk from Jersey cows at Berry NSW. It contains a huge 5.1 % butter fat. Dairy Farmers Full Cream milk has 3.4%.
It is not heat pasteurised or homogenised. Just treated with cold high pressure to make it safe.
Now available in all states of Australia.
I like it and it does froth.
It is costly at $6.65 per litre.
I don't use a lot of milk as I am somewhat lactose intolerant. I drink macchiatosLast edited by Barry_Duncan; 8 March 2017, 02:48 PM.

I was hoping they could overcome the silly laws we have in relation to raw milk.
