    Do you bleed of any liquid in the steam wand until dry steam comes out, try running a bit more steam out. My Silvia needs a few seconds to purge any water out and then you get the dry steam.....................

    I think it does to what extent ill leave to a more capable person to explain. What sort of machine do you have? My old sunbeam, with froth enhancer, was a thermoblock machine a the steam was always wet and only a few times managed close to proper microfoam though i think the FE was more to blame than wet steam.

    hey guys i have a sneaking suspicion that the steam coming out of my machine`s steam arm is not dry enough.. when i purge it into my hand its a little wet.. would that be affecting my milk at all?
