I am not familiar with your machine but you may with due care be able to bend the arm to suit. Try to figure out some way of supporting the arm to lessen the strain on the swivel while bending or remove it then bend .

There is a stainless steel tube, approximately three inches long that inserts on the end of the steam arm. It will come off, but on the steam arm there are two rubber o-rings where the tube attaches, so Im assuming that I should leave it on.

You need to tilt the milk jug so the steam pressure hits the side of the jug and pushes the milk around creating the swirl effect.
Not sure what your steam toip is like, but if it has one of those froth enhancers than you need to remove that plastic tip and leave the smaller one there which will give you a better steam hole.

I recently purchased the La Pavoni Napolitana PA-1200. After watching countless hours of people demonstrating the proper way to steam milk, I have discovered that my machine is different in one way...
Each video shows the steam wand/arm sticking out of the machine at an angle. Mine does not. You can swivel the arm, but the steam arm is straight, no angle at all. The videos Ive watched have steam arms that angle down, making it easy for the milk to swirl in the container. Mine points straight down, and forces the steam downward through one hole. No swirling, no spiraling. Does anyone have a machine like this one? And if so, what can you do to get the milk to swirl?
The steam arm seems a bit on the short side, so Im wondering if this manufacturer intended for the milk to be steamed in a cup, instead of a stainless steel container.
