  • Sweet spot on Giotto - texturing in a 300ml jug

Any tips on texturing a 300ml jug with a Giotto? Tip placement..do I hold off on the steam pressure?

I saw Chris do this so effortlessly on my demo. I know practice, practice..

    Any tips appreciated.

Start slow and build up kingswood! Keep the jug level resting the wand through the jug spout at about 30 degrees...let the steam do the work for you and there will be no need to move the jug.

Now if you really want to push it, try a 100ml jug....

          Perfect for a macchiato!
