Most of my brews are straight espressos - I only make 6 or so flat whites each week. I use Dairy Farmers "Farmers Best" milk with my Silvia - 600ml jug with thermometer. I achieve nice micro-foam, but the top goes pimply 30 sec or so after pouring. I think it may be milk related?? With Xmas coming and many visitors, I would like to present flat whites that stay creamy in the cup. Living in the Illawarra area, can anyone recommend good milk to use.
