Look around in this area and youll find plenty of tips on frothing.

Theres an entire forum dedicated to latte/pour art. Strangely enough its called the Art Gallery. http://coffeesnobs.com.au/YaBB.pl?board=gallery : ;D

No sorry, trying a very hard thing here to give a personal opinion and not one represented by Pioneer.

          Personally: Etching is coffee sodomy

Professionally: Etching has a place in this world

Or stop in one day when we are a bit quieter and in half an hour I can have you pouring an avatar worthy latte yourself.

Re: Id like to learn froth art

Is the Pioneer DVD good for teaching how to pour good Rosettas etc? Can one self teach using that DVD and avoid having to do a course of some sort?

I have been self teaching without the benefit of a DVD - just reading and applying, and sometimes I get a rosetta but Im not consistent....

I have been concentrating over time on coffee preparation for consistently good shots - I am happy with how thats going, but presentation has been left go, and now Im up for a challenge.

                    Cheers
