Re: list and description of espresso drinks

I was too lazy to look it up before my previous post.

The lactose is broken down into galactose and glucose.

    True re the sweetness.
Whatever sugar they convert the lactose too is a lot sweeter than the lactose and when you steam it, that extra sweetness from the heating is way too much for me.

from what ive heard skim milk is worse for lactoe intolerant people are worse of with skim because the fat binds to the lactose and helps pass it through your body (dont know how much truth in that). lactose free milk makes ok coffee, can hold a reasonable microfoam but tastes reeeeaaaaaaly sweet.

Skim milk still has lactose in it... lactose-haters are stuck with soy.

Skim milk is just a scam.

Is it true that some people can only have skim milk because their lactose intolerant? I think its quite strange.

Soy milk Im cool with - until the Coffee-Masons that secretly control the government eliminate lactose-intolerance through eugenics, Im happy for people to order the stuff.

Decaf... well, really its like buying a car and specifically requesting that they take the wheels off first, isnt it?

And dont get me started on skim...

...Well if you insist - It ruins the taste of the drink, it holds its microfoam poorly, and really - the 3.8% fat of whole milk really isnt that much - the human body can handle it dammit! If youre reduced to counting calories and how much fat you eat and drink you dont deserve to have your bloody coffee. It really isnt that hard to stay healthy without a damn calculator. And whats that? you want a #$%&ing slice of cake with your skim latte?? NO! WE DONT SERVE IDIOTS - GET LOST!

As you can see, Im a people-person.

To be fair, I guess there are people with lactose intolerance and allergies to caffeine.

Cant say Ive ever come across someone with both, though
