Re: What is best milk to use in WA
Ditto, using BD puts your milk drinks on another level. I dont use it every day (thinking of the calories) but weekends and special occasions its the only way to go!!!

Re: What is best milk to use in WA
Ill second that motion (or in this case, third) - Bannister Downs full cream is tops. Corey and his team of expert baristas at Epic tried various milks but settled on BD for quality, and its certainly improved my coffee. Apart from taste, the same flock of cows eating green grass year round gives it consistency the big milk companies cant match.

Re: What is best milk to use in WA
Definitely 2nd JB on Bannister Downs milk - if youre prepared to pay a little more ($2/litre) this milk is superior in every way.
Google search for their site and you will see a list of Perth retail outlets.
I was lucky enough to be in Northcliffe on a family holiday recently and popped in to Bannister Downs dairy cafe to say Gday - a great set up and very friendly, passionate & knowledgeable people too (which always helps
)
Cheers,

Banister Downs milk wins hands down.....
Its a little had to find in the shops (fresh provision places often stock it).....
And it is just so creamy, smooth and consistent.

What is best milk to use in WA
Does anyone here in Perth have a preferred milk they use for texturing? I prefer full cream. Have seen other posts from members in other states saying they like particular brands which dont seem to apply here :-?...Tags: None
