To make it easier for me would you email me a copy to work on?
Alternatively theres a great website (Mr Excel) that has lots of answers to lots of Excel questions.

I agree with TG as to Mr Excel and again, I have some experience but not extensive...
With out seeing the sheet it makes it hard as to what your doing and where you putting your work..
If using Macros, it can be a pain as well as others may have their system set to disable by default... Thus regardless of what protection you place on cells etc.. It will not work.
In addition, depending on the version of excel your using, that can also add to confusion... Office 2007 does some interesting things and can cause people some grief.

VBA Macros
Hey guys,
I know there are a lot of computery people on the forum so I hoped someone might be able to help me with this,
Ive written a macro in exel, now Id like to share the spread sheet with my mates at work, but I dont want anyone to be able to see the code Ive used, or adjust it for that matter,
Does anyone know how to keep the code private whilst keeping the program working. Ive found some options for securing the macro, but then you cant run it either...
Any help would be greatly appriciated!!!
