I have some friends who are a cycling family, I delivered 1kg of freshly roasted last Thursday which usually keeps them going for two weeks until the next order.
Last night I received an e-mail begging for more beans as her son and all his mates sit and watch the tour each night and consume copious amounts of coffee, luckily I had just done a couple of roasts for home so I was able to satisfy their need for late night caffeine fixes!!

I dont think Cadel has the manpower in his team to help him over the Pyrenees, so unless he makes his move soon so that he is on equal footing with the leaders when they hit the foothills, hell have to wait till next year and hopefully hire a better team.

Agreed! I rate Cadel very highly. Followed the Tour in 07 when he finished second. Same old story though. He should have jumped ship when he had the chance! Just doesnt have to the cattle to help him out.

If Astana can decide who their leader is theyll be close to unstoppable. The Schlek brothers are also in with a big chance. Very wide open tour, but at 3 monutes back it will be very very hard work for our man Cadel!

Work productivity is normally non existant for the next three weeks!

Happy viewing (and coffee drinking) to you all!
