So, if I get a cold for example, I just cant go to the chemist to get something for it. I have to check to make sure it does not conatain any illegal (banned) substances!!
To add to the confusion some of the banned substances mask others thats why cough medicine was commonly quoted as having been taken by (mistake ) when found in urine samples when in actual fact this was masking more serious dopping drugs eg: (growth stunting for gymnasts). I am not a gymnast just suffer from the effects, well thats my excuse. ;D

    Thanks for the update Warren

I think we got off track on this thread a bit

When its all said and done the Tour de France is a great sporting event and we should not detract from a lot of great sportspeople.

The fitness of the competitors is amazing, Ill stick to the laying down in my sport

      Warren.

Pretty hard to have a crack when your team is constantly calling you back.

I know Cadel has made a few excuses, but the team has let him down once again. Think he will finally get out of his contract and sign with a team that will support him. And hanging out with him in person, hes quite a humble guy, must need a couple of double shots on the tour to calm him down.

Two stages to go! Tonight should be a cracker - cant wait!

Must say though, am looking forward to an early night on Monday! Starting to feel hung-over each day (without even touching a drop!)

Good on Lance Armstrong too to come back to a podium finish after a long lay off. Hes left a record that I dont think will be matched for some time.

KK, well done and thanks,  [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

The racing has been great, and very educational as we are still fairly new to the sport.

Now we can all resume normal sleep patterns, and hopefully repay some sleep debt, I have accrued a deficit of about 60 hours, and the body is definitely wanting a big repayment very soon.
