Just to fill in some details about the watch which as well as telling the time and providing two timers also tells you everything you need to know about a run or ride - pace, distance, time, calories burned and maximum and average heart rate. Its a bargain for runners and cycilists interested in tracking both their optimal aerobic zone and how fast they ran or rode.
You can also use to monitor the effect of coffee on your heart rate

Youll recall my thread on GPS units some month or so back. Well, I finally decided on the Garmin nuvii 1390T which I am very pleased with.
This morning Garmin delivered my free Forerunner 50 Sports Watch with wireless sync and heart rate monitor. This $149 give-away was their bait to get to me to buy a Garmin GPS
Now I ask, what does a 76 year old coffee snob need with a sports watch :
Maybe I could see what effect coffee has on my heart rate
So... the forerunner is looking for a new home and is prepared to change residence for a very reasonable price.
