a) No, I dont sell green beans. They are not for you.

b) No, I wont grind the coffee you bought from somewhere else, no matter how much you pay me.

c) Customers who expect you to remember how they have their coffee, then ask, "How much is that?"

d) Customer: "These coffee beans smell funny". Me: "Thats because theyre roasted cocao nibs, and if there is a lid on the container, its probably best to ask before you help yourself"

Actually I was wrong... Just like teh other day... Person Behind Group (PBG) stopped to check her mobile and to respond..  I sort of just looked stunned..  Had to ask, if it was a TXT for a coffee order...  Some places to do allow you to order a head of time..

Na, she answered... Twitter.....

Thus I guess CS should be banned until ya quite times...  

Besides, if what I hear is right.. Your lot do such a good job.. There is almost no quite times...

had this today.
mug of cappuccino with the weak coffee shot on the side. she used less than half the single ristretto (we normally use doubles). really if you dont like coffee have something else.

did you charge the full amount? if so, then why not?

if thats what they want and theyre happy, good for them.

i think doing i that way is better as they can get their personalised strength as opposed to having to assume what their weak coffee is.

Im of the opinion that theyve had bad coffee in the past and they think weak coffee is better because they arent tasting whatever it was they didnt like.

Ive had people with similar complaints about coffee try mine and say its good.
Mine is made with a double shot and they drink it without their usual sugar.
To me that proves their previous coffee experiences were with badly prepared coffee.
