  • a Merry Coffee Xmas

To the CS community a Merry Xmas. Hope you all enjoy the break and maybe Santa will leave you something for that coffee addiction.

This year I went from instant coffee at home to my own brewing/grinding equipment and then home roasting with a Coretto. I have enjoyed the experience with help from this forum and get to enjoy good coffee anytime I wish.

    Cheers

I wish you all joy, peace and magic this Christmas.
And to quote the late great Dave Allen "May your God go with you"

To my friends in Aotearoa :
        He mihi manahau
        He mihi matakuikui
He mihi mö te Kirihimete e hoa.

My Wish for You in 2009

May your roasts be heavenly and your shots divine

May peace break into your home and may thieves come to steal your debts.

May $100 bills infest the pockets of your jeans and may good health always seek you out.

May love stick to your face like Vaseline MolyKote 111 and may laughter assault your lips!

May happiness slap you across the face and may your tears be that of joy

May your problems become lost and forget your home address!

May 2009 be the best year of your life and set the tone for many years to come

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!
