My wife just yelled out that her Kenwood Junior Chef mixer is stuffed. Right in the middle of preparing mini cupcakes.
Weve had it for around 10 years and although its been OK, its quite plasticy and performance has never been "wow". Anyone out there know anything about higher end baking machines? Something like my Compak K3 PB would do the trick (if it had attachments that spun around). She says the new one should be able to do "stiff dough"... :-?. I think there is Kenwood Chef which is a step up, any others? She bakes a lot. Thanks
