Not bad. Imagine what you could do if you get rid of the training wheels on the back.

And MY car will do 100kph in 22 seconds - or a bit quicker if the bottle shops about to close.

        Backflips!

That bike was a lot of fun but alas was BC (before children).

Spend nearly all my rev-head time in a Fiat Ducato covered in coffee beans these days.

I work at the holden proving ground south of melbourne, so my car is what ever holden and hsv are testing at the time. the 7lt hsv gts is my fav at the mo, but we have had some proto twin turbos in the past, very scary.

Alas I brought an MY98 WRX new but had to sell it when I moved to the bush and started playing with toys for a living traded it for a series 3 SWB Landrover. Current chariot 5L VN EFI totally stock and I like it

I was hoping to tempt you into the post to find out what your old bike could do. 1.1 secs is amazing! Hard to imagine what it would feel like really...except maybe mental overload!

yeah, yeah...I bought the bike because I needed transport as my car was dying (and I soooo missed my last bike). Convinced the wife that a bike was cheaper.......but then I just need to do this, and I just need to do that.......and before I know it Ive spent a lot more on the bike!

Proper machine comes next year when I start getting paid again.....provided I dont find more ways of blowing it on the bike ;D

yep, HQ tonner with a 350 crate motor and kitted T700. Absolute pig to drive, drinks like a fish and rattles me to the bones every time I stop at the traffic lights. Totally worth it. Drive a Honda Civic to school most days unfortunately...

I thought people might think this!!!!! When people see it on the water people say, "nice speed boat!!!"

Its a fishing boat and only has a 40hp on the back. Does 50km/h lol. One day hope to put 70hp on the back to get it up to around the 75km mark though. Usually has an electric motor mounted to the front too.

Some guy lined up next to me wanting a race one day. He had two thumping v8s in his boat. Obviously hadnt seen the motor on the back ;D

You need to put up another photo for us then, Justin...one that looks down onto the boat. From the angle of the above photo, it looks to have a long nose and big engine like a race boat!

                              How funny, its only a 40hp... ;D

                                Re: Coffee Snob Petrolheads?

back in my youth I bought a couple early monaros, a HG (for parts) and a HT GTS. Also bought a couple HG utes for parts.

                                Monaro: 253/PowerGlide (factory)

Complete rebuild, mildly worked 253 with lumpy cam; tricked Trimatic, dumped on its guts, Centrelines and custom euro paint, full velour interior (Real wog mobile). Sold it for way too little when I had to grow up, I think it is still getting around Albury.

On the hunt for another one - albeit nowhere near what I paid for that one (i can only hope)
