Re: iphone / ipad app development
Thanks thisguy,
I bought a book about objective C by James Brannan, and also found the developer.apple.com site really useful for resources on how to get started. There is so much to learn but Im hoping to get some time to myself (and some coffee thanks to AM) to get me going. Bought an intel mac to get started. Loving the mac, so easy to use!
Thought I might start off trying to make a basic game for my little one with Cocos2d. Ill post up my progress as I go along here if anyone is interested.

iphone / ipad app development
Ive decided to make a few apps/games for the iphone / ipad for the kids as a little project.
Do any coffeesnobs currently do this and could they give me any information on how to get started?
I realise I have to learn to code & get my hands on a mac but Im willing to give it a go. The kids love it, and Ive got some great ideas for apps for my youngest.
Thanks. PM me or post up here if you can help me out.
