Wouldn't it be a 'Snobbery of Baristas' rather than a snob?

It's only special to Snobs and similar lovers of fine coffee, but how about a 'Group of Baristas'? (grouphead conveys the wrong implication ) And for those purveying the Starbucks version, it could be a "Drip-tray of Baristas' or perhaps a 'Sink-shot of baristas'...

I think a "snob" of baristas pretty much hits the spot

"Tattoo" works for me. How about a "Ballet of Baristas" for obvious reasons.

Knock box sounds super tough. I have images of handlebar mustached strongmen riding around town on penny farthings making people drink their coffee. I like it.

How about a knock box of baristas?

    Or...

    A Rosetta,
    An over-extraction, or
A weak double-shot skinny soy cinna-mochaccino with sweet'n'low of baristas (if they work at Starbucks)

started a topic 'Barista' collective noun

    'Barista' collective noun

So, gaggle of geese, parliament of owls, murder of crows. The old girl and myself were discussing the potential collective noun of baristas.

So if no one has thought of this, I am coining the phrase. You read it here first:

    A hipster of baristas.

Also may accept 'baristi' but this needs heavy discussion. What are your favourites?
