      Re: Tea

Hey I thought my Tea comments totally off topic in an on-topic post in the off-topic section was a stroke of pure un-genius.

          Weeeeeeell,

I suppose I like coffee better than tea, but as a coffeesnob I liked tea before I liked coffee.

It is easier to find half decent tea than great coffee and half decent tea is tolerable whereas if it isnt truly great coffee then I dont wish to meet it.

Wine now, Wine is the thing - I was a serious wine snob until we had kids then all of a sudden I couldnt afford wine anymore. Lucky thing I found the true religion of the holy bean eh?

            Re: Tea

I can understand what youre saying about wine, grendel! Were wine snobs here too. So snobby in fact that we only have ever allowed ourselves to be members of two wine clubs and even then those two vineyards have had very strict scrutineering on our behalf over several years before we joined up!

But I dont understand a thing about tea. Dont drink it myself at all...

                  Boston Bun with Salted Tea?

                  Unthinkably Undrinkable!

It is also good for seasoning raisins.

Well I suppose that would qualify as an off topic post but I think your emphasis on off was somewhat different to my own.
