Hear a bit of noise from customers coming into the Snobbery that a mostly Australia wide Telstra outage (most the day) was giving them grief on their mobiles and via ADSL services too.
Guessing quite a lot of CS'rs copped it too?
I'm just happy I don't work on their helpdesk or was the engineer responsible for the (rather large) oops.
