Merry Xmas from NZ, hope every one is having a wonderful time. I've got the in-laws coming, second year in a row, they say the coffees better here, mind you wouldn't have to try very hard when your up against the instant.

Morning Andy,
Merry Christmas to you and your family.
Sounds pretty chaotic in your house, kids are what it's all about, hope they have a wonderful day.
I've just broken into a batch of your Colombian Esperanza special, very nice brew.
Thanks for another interesting, entertaining and informative year on Coffee Snobs.

Merry Christmas Andy and all Csers. Hope you have a great day. To those that have to work today, may your shift be an easy one (hope mine is). Enjoy, stay safe and best wishes.
PS I didn't let the fact it's hot hot hot in ADL today stop my 3 coffee start!

Merry Christmas morning all!
(except for Rolf above and others on the other side of the planet that have to wait a day)
Been up for hours (kids are kids regardless of their age and wake really early on the 25th), the floor is covered in paper and the 3 kids are pinging around the place. With the in-laws staying, the Brazen is on its second brew already and might be looking at 3rd soon... special occasion Panama is putting a smile on all the adults faces.
Hope everyone has a great day today full of Christmas cheer, goodwill and of course, great coffee!

Thanks Chris, always enjoy your input.Originally posted by Talk_Coffee View PostTo Jon, Mal, Andy and all the rest of the CS community...
Wow...Quite a few of us go back 12 full years now and I still remember those early days where a few home roasters split a bag of beans in a backyard somewhere. We have come so far and learned so much.
2015 has not been without ups and downs, but I am personally thankful for all of it. We grow and learn and soon we get to rest a little and process it all.
Merry Christmas all and I'm looking forward to the next chapter of the story.
Chris
