A few incarnations actually. You're not fooling everyone old mate
Haha, I know. Well, I'm indulging in a little penance and apostasy. Still, prepared to accept the fact that some spilled milk can never be mopped. Nobody's perfect (especially not me).
Speaking of tennis, I enjoyed watching Kristina Mladenovic the other night. She seems extremely gracious and graceful, and has consistently demonstrated incredible agility and poise. Hats off to the French for their win.

Too much money is given to these little turds which helps breed their bad little tempers and snotty little attitudes.
I would love to take my foot to the backsides of some of these little creeps. Meanwhile formers servicemen are trying to get by on meagre pensions after putting their lives on the line as a service to the country.
Tennis, football, no sport these days seems to escape it, too much money I say.

I really don't see what all the fuss is about. Too much money is undoubtedly given to a lot of people in a lot of different professional arenas, but so what? It's all just supply and demand.
Besides, there's always going to be a few tempers flying around in sport. It comes squarely with the territory, so relax and enjoy it for what it is - entertainment.

Well i disagree, it's creeps like some of these sportsman that misbehave in society and it does have effect on other members of the community, young ladies sexually assaulted by meat head football players (& clubs), men assaults in and around licences premises by thugs that think because they're this sportsman or that sportsman that they can conduct themselves in whatever fashion the like.
Didnt happen in the good old day, you never heard of Sir Donald Bradman or Richie Benaud going on a rampage trashing hotel rooms and organising gang bangs.
Some certain members of the Tennis world are nothing but vile disgusting creatures....they're like little Hollywood brats......but each to their own balthazaG.

Time for another brew.
Why not tell us what you really feel Smee FWIW I agree with you.

Fair enough! FWIW I do think there's a strong element of truth in what you're saying. Most of them do indeed need their lights punched out, perhaps several times.
I think in many cases the reason they aren't pulled into line more swiftly is because they also bring in a lot of money for other people, and so heads are turned the other way.
Still, it's not all bad. There's always a few, boorish bad apples, but I would claim the majority of sportsmen and sportswomen do not fall into that category. It's just easier to think they do due to the influence of the media.
Take comfort in the fact that there's nothing you can do about it. Continue to enjoy the show, and don't get too hung up on the "good old days" (whatever that means, and whatever they were). It's a thankless task that encourages melancholy.
It's funny Yelta, when I saw the news the other night with that little tennis cretin launching his tennis ball into that female tennis spectator, by blood boiled. I'm not exactly sure what she did, my guess she was flapping her gums, which is unacceptable in her behalf, however this does not give the excuse for this cretin to assault her with a tennis ball and its to his good fortune that I'm not that woman's husband or he may have well ended up flossing with the strings in his tennis racket. What a creep.
No doubt he's the kind of man that will keep his own wife in check with a firm hand. My guess is he wouldn't of done that to me in the same circumstances.
Its time to get tough on these so called stars of sport imo.
Theres nothing wrong with the odd sports field Tantie but keep your grotty hands off the spectators and referees.
i always agree that everyone is entitled to their own opinion of course as it makes the world interesting, however should I ever become Australia's first dictator, I will naturally outlaw it

Why not, actually I was going to offer you the Coffee portfolio, that's where you fly daily in your tax payer funded helicopter down to Andys to pick up my freshly roasted beans....it happens daily as Andy now roasts daily, just for me or he risks being fed to the dogs!
With such travel entitlements you'll feel like a current day Member of parliament.
As long as Andy's roasted some beans for me too, then we're ready to rock. Besides, I've always wanted a pilot's licence. However, the one point of contention I have is the comparison between myself and a Member of Parliament.
Perhaps during one particular epoch or another these MPs distinguished themselves as nonpareil soapbox orators. However, over time it seems they've dropped all manner of style, wit, and élan - and replaced it with an endless drumroll of flatulence!
I say to hell with them, and time (yet again) for another brew.
