You know what guys, I actually think it's far better for Kyrgios to keep up this losing streak, because eventually it'll brute force some humility onto him (hopefully, anyway). The same way a little baby has to self-soothe when left alone to its own devices in the crib for long enough.

Kyrgios..... poor guy. Fancy having having to live your life in front of all you armchair critics ... he's an immature kid for goodness sake and here you all are showing yourselves to be immature adults. When Nick grows up he'll one over you guys.
Nick Kyrgios was thrust into the spotlight a couple of years ago as Australia's next big tennis hope. We see it all too often; unable to handle the weight of expectations. Bernard Tomic is another example. Mark Philippoussis.
I don't agree we should react by sinking the slipper into them. Instead, we need to direct attention away from them.
I'll give credit where it's due, none due to Kyrgios in this fiasco, he's playing in an adult competition with adults, time to stop acting like a petulant brat and grow up, he must surely realise he has a major problem when, at the end of a match you get booed off the court by a home crowd, no one is sinking the slipper, his problems are of his own making, he needs to shape up or ship out.
Tomic on the other hand dug deep and got on with the job, it was a tough game, Burgos was certainly not going to go away, full credit to him.
His 7-5, 7-6, 4-6, 7-6 win means he will play Daniel Evans in his third round match, after the Brit upset seventh seed Marin Cilic earlier on day three.
Tomic at no point had it easy. His opponent, Victor Estrella Burgos, is 36 years old but ran like a much younger man.

He doesn't have to live his life "in front of all you armchair critics" his choice, if he's not suited to his chosen career perhaps he should consider a less demanding job, ah yes I hear you say, he only knows how to play tennis, it's his problem.

I don't understand your attack on the forum members. Here we are discussing poor behaviour and for some reason you seem to being trying to deflect that.
Fact is, if you became famous, for whatever reason and behave like a twat, folk will talk about it.
Nothing said here has been said out of line with that. I'd also suggest there's a fair bit of maturity amongst forum members here, which is why the forum isn't littered with personal attacks.
Thats not you is it nick?
