I've owned my Russell Hobbs cordless electric kettle for over ten and a half years now. It still works but I'm concerned about the amount of water than appears on the base of it. The instruction book says it is normal to see water on the base. I think what happens is the condensation under the lid causes water to drip down the back of the kettle near the handle. Does this sound safe?
I've got a video of this happening on my iPhone. Who should I show it too, to see if it's safe or not?
