The cafe I used to own- bean ground & drunk (4 beans in the guide) has lots of vacancies for staff at the moment...Mornings, weekend etc...
There is one full-time position that a CSer may be interested in...
The position involves opening the cafe at Northcote say 7-10am Monday-Friday and then running the roastery shop for the rest of the day...
The open shift at the cafe is busy with lots of coffee moving during the peak times...
The roastery at Reservoir has an on-site shop. You get to be your own boss and the brief at both sites to turn put the absolute best coffee possible.
There will be a great stepping stone into all aspects of the industry and could well lead to bigger and better things. The support is there to allow for the right person to create a career in the industry....
