As I venture out to do my shopping and other essentials, I wonder if the maskless individuals out there (90% of them) know that, on average, 50 people a day are still dieing from Covid. That's just in Australia.

I remember when I had a shot, I had a fever for 2 days and I thought that I could die, but after 2 days I felt much better.

I had my second booster a couple of weeks ago, so far I haven't suffered Covid, I am wearing my mask in shops, crowded areas and public transport.

Had my second Booster a fortnight ago. As with the first, I was unwell for just over 24 hours. Just like having a dose of the 'Flu. for 24 hrs.
You'd be a wuss to avoid having the Booster just because of 24 hrs of mild discomfort.
I haven't had COVID (yet) so will continue wearing masks, social distancing and hand hygiene - and staying away from mass gatherings.

A couple of weeks ago I had my second booster shot plus a flu shot. A few days later I attended a work dinner at a Vietnamese restaurant and, a couple of days later, four of those who attended came down with COVID.. I was fine and I am still fine, even though those who were affected were seated very close to me. It's strange how the virus affects some but not others.

Also had my second Pfizer booster yesterday, wife was able to get hers in May due to having a suppressed immune system. Been lucky (and careful) so far we have both avoided Rona Son and girlfriend not so lucky. Went to pharmacy to get 'flu shot, and got bonus Covid for their troubles despite being masked up and going straight home. "Let it rip" strategy at it's best

I suffer from a serious case of foot IN mouth... But that's a different thing.

Had my second Booster shot yesterday.
Have now had 2 x Az, 1 x Pfizer Booster and 1 x Moderna Booster.
Arm a bit sore today and I am a bit tired, although that maybe as I was up till 1am watching Queensland beat the Blues in State of Origin
Took me a couple of hours to calm down enough to go to sleep.
    cheers Maurice

There’s talk of a fourth shot, initially for people over 65 and those who are severely immuno-compromised. I heard that eventually it will be offered to people over 50.

Got my Pfizer booster a couple of weeks ago too, after 2x AZ. Had strong reactions to the AZ shots, but this time I had no trouble at all.

Had my booster (Pfizer for all three) last week. Much like the other two, nothing to report but a sore arm.

3 Pfizer shots, and all I got from them was that bruised feeling in the arm for a few days. Seems to be one of the better reactions from it!
Working...
