  • Cafe Roma- Fake Crema?

I have had my Breville Cafe Roma ESP8c and have produced some good shots on 25-30 seconds with thick golden crema (3-4cm thick)- after quite a bit of fiddling. I have been using (dont start yelling) around 6months stale coffee. I believe that is the reason why my crema breaks when i pour in the milk making it hard for latte art. SO i will be convincing my dad (Im only 15) to buy me a sunbeam em0480 grinder to fix it.
Any other suggesstions will be help full!
P.S- Hope to become a barista one day! ;D

As they said, now youre getting a grinder, dont be silly and put supermarket beans through it. They have been prepared especially stale for you.

Find a roaster locally or even interstate that will ship fresh stuff to you. Massive difference in taste and crema.

      You will never go back!

Orlando, out of curiosity the other day I tried a coffee and breakfast at Coffee Club in Westfield Burwood.

          The breakfast was great!!

As for the coffee, you can do better.
There are a few sponsors not too far from there (depending on where you live/work).

          Look for my PM.
