Re: saeco via venezia steam problem
sound like it might have a bigger issue
possibly around the steam thermostat or something, you might need some pro help.... give that service agent a call.
you could check for lose wires? (but be careful; and please unplug etc 240V and all) if under warranty then leave it to the pro.

Re: saeco via venezia steam problem
Not offended ... have been using this machine for many years.
Steam starts off OK, but then drops off to mere spits of steam.

Re: saeco via venezia steam problem
this may seem a silly Q but your boiler is full of water right !!!
you know how to fill it via the steam wand dont you ? to ensure its full
dont mean to offend but..... new users can have issues
if full then i would open the steam wand press steam and wait and see if it heats up and makes steam "try to keep it heating with the element on"
that said i am no 100% sure on VV operation and buttons but have had a few single boilers

Re: saeco via venezia steam problem
Still not good even after a clean. It appears to me as if there is just not enough heat generated and so there is only a small amount of steam produced.
welcome to more ideas ...

saeco via venezia steam problem
Hi,
I had my machine fully serviced about 6 weeks ago - and its was working like new for about 4 weeks.
But now, the steam pressure is absolutely woeful. Any suggestions about what could be causing this and how I could rectify?
Cheers
