You could try the Bellman stovetop...not sure if it will come under 150 dollars but it wouldnt be much over.

    Or...just use a microwave.

alternatively you could get a soup kettle like cafes use to keep soup hot but I dont know what this would do to the milk.

I dont know why you would bother. You will get the same result with a saucepan.

when the temperature exceeds about 70 degrees, causing the denaturation of proteins within the milk.
    Lets make yoghurt.

I dont think that a steamer solution will make much of a difference, the burning of milk happens when the temperature exceeds about 70 degrees, causing the denaturation of proteins within the milk.

Unfortunately, I dont have any suggestions for you,
but I would just like to recommend that you dont take the milk up to 90 degrees, the smell of burnt milk is repulsive!

    Hot Milk Equipment

    Hello ladies & gents,

Im looking for the best equipment to heat milk (just milk with spices or Chai) with the following criteria:

    1) heats the milk or chai to a high temperature (above 90 deg C as high as possible without burning..)
    2) long lasting, sturdy construction.
    3) easy to clean.
    4) can be electric or stovetop.
    5) faster is better!
    6) reasonable pricing (below 150$) for personal use.

i dont know if coffee makers / steamers /equipment can be used for this purpose, but please let me know of any solutions, types, brands, models, or any other ideas that can help

    much appreciated!
Working...
