  • Sunbeam EM6900 Steam Wand - Back flush

My machine is a Sunbeam EM6900 Series with the Steam Wand having stopped working. I managed to get it going again after descaling, but it stopped again a short time later. I Descaled again - running the solution through 3 times. No change. I have been reading a few related posts which mention back flushing the system.

I have had to resort to buying a cheap Aldi milk frother - mainly for my wife - I have short blacks. I am keen to get the Steam wand going again - and may even resort to taking the old machine apart and replacing the steam pump. Obviously I want to avoid this if possible.

Can anyone advise on how back flushing in the EM6900 is done?
