The power is dead, no lights or sounds of any kind. Opened it up and it seems pretty simple, plus parts are cheap to order. What might I need to replace?

The switches aren't brilliant in these. Possibly the power switch is no longer working.
You can pick up a new one from Di Bartoli. -

Hello and welcome,nice machine you have there,if you become frustrated with it,don't think twice...give me a call and I'll pick up ..at your price!
Worth while just confirming it's nothing simple like a break in your supply lead,to begin with.Be mindful at all times 240 volt can and doe's kill!
Once confirmed you have continuity with active /neutral and earth to the junction,just follow from there to next item in the circuit....switch/thermostat/possible contactor etc ,until you locate the failed component.
Have fun ,but mind the electricity.
