My daily machine is the Rocket Giotto Evoluzione R.
But a few months ago I bought the Delonghi Dedica, to take on holidays.
Two problems with the machine:
1) The steam wand is only good for making ugly thick froth, probably aimed at people who think froth from a home machine is just wonderful and the more the better..
I got over that problem by sawing off the wand to reveal a rubber tip which does an okay job of producing microfoam that can produce some basic latte art.
2) The 'double' basket only holds about 10g of coffee and in pressurised, with 1 central hole, that produces fake crema but also doesn't allow fine grinds to be used as it will choke the machine.
So I bought the non-pressurised basket. It holds about 13g without tamping, but could probably hold 15g if you pack in some more coffee after tamping.
Original basket on the left, the non-pressurised basket on the right.
When you flip the basket, the original has 1 central hole while the new basket has holes throughout.
