Hello CSers,
Weve now been using our new machine daily for around 6 weeks and are now experiencing an intermittent fault after the machine has been on for a few hours.
Not sure if it is electrical or if the pump is seizing or? and have yet to crack it open but just wanted to pitch it here first to see if anyone has experienced a similar issue and/or has any ideas on where to start.
I have attached a video below which shows where the brew cycle starts and then pauses, usually able to restart by resetting the lever (@0:24) but sometimes requires a quick power cycle, which (so far) always works. Noted that when shooting the video, the brew cycle actually stopped once or twice on its own, which it has not done prior. Usually the machine works fine for hours and then will randomly not brew at all. A quick power cycle restores it to working order and it has not (until this arvo) stopped mid-brew).
NB: The machine is currently set up as pour-over and was recently descaled before it came to us.
Thanks as always in advance for any insight!
Cheers
