Hi there,
look in your local yellow pages and find out who is the local espresso machine service shop. Telephone and ask them if they are the ones that look after this equipment for the motel.
If not, ask who does look after the model and if there is no one suggest you strike up a friendship. Ask them who supplies coffee locally. There is no subsitute for local support.
Commercial esp machines all work pretty much the same and as such, I doubt an owner booklet for the machine will tell you much. If you cant find one for the specific model, I can supply one for one of the BFC "sister" models that we import.
BFC F1 Monza 2 group + Rancilio Doser - more information please CSers
Hi folks,
Ive just taken on the GM of a motel-style accommodation facility in Central Qld. Big mining exploration going on there and huge opportunity, and were expanding rapidly.
As I was looking around, I found:
A BFC F1 Monza coffee machine
A Rancilio ??? Doser grinder (needs new lid and a clean)
They are unused!!! Pulled off a shot myself and textured some milk. It was awful due to old beans, and that I have NFI - however it all works.
I certainly need some help on next steps. Might include:

Find instructions for the BFC
Find a supplier for coffee and "stuff" like signs/cups etc - Di Bella?
Train 1 team member as "barista-lite"
All suggestions greatly appreciated - its a really nicely laid out motel style restaurant/bar with big external deck, and just off a major highway. The commercial instinct in me is ringing.
Of course - this is a big step up for me from my BES800 + BGC450 - now have access to a great grinder for my home coffees anyway!!
