Heres some thermologs of a friends BZ35e. Hes got his routine pretty well dialled and the shots are good. Not too bad at all. This machine seems stable to within 1C during the shot and can give at least as good or better repeatability, depending on how good your routine is. With a well controlled temperature and pressure (and decent beans/grinder/barista), no wonder the shots are good.

Note: The coloured bar is 1C wide to give an idea of the stability.

    Cheers,

    Mark.

How did he perform this kind of measurements?

This is a good machine. Bulletproof and easy to use. Your is in a more picturesque environment than mine. Mine is kept in the dungeon amongst the fractured remains of other machines. If it doesnt perform, it may suffer the same fate.... Mmwwwwhhhaaahahhahahahah...

    Enjoy the machine mate.

    Karl:

The flowers are a nice touch next to your FRANKEN machine.

    Very nice.

Good to know that we can be macho macchiato drinkers and still have room for our feminine side...

    I like that machine!

You will have to post some pictures!

    Hi Folks

Im proud to announce, that Im the proud new owner of a BBB aka Bouncing Baby Bezzera ;D

I now have a BZ35e up on the bench to keep the Mazzer Mini E busy.

The machine was a win on evilBay and is in pretty good nick. I just need to order some basic parts from Chris (Barazi), group gasket etc. and hopefully Ive got myself a decent setup.

    Cheers

    Karl
